Our Residential Services are as follows;

Monthly

Once a month service for general household insects including German Cockroaches, Ants, Spiders, and various other insects. The service

has a regular service day each month so you will know when we will be there. If the need arises for an extra service they are provided at no

additional charge. With the exception of German Cockroaches most other pests can be controlled with our outside powerspray.

Bi Monthly

This service is every other month service, it is good for those of you that have busy schedules with not much time to spare. Service will be

done on the same day each service period to make it more convenient for the homeowner. Extra services also are provided at no

additional charge with this service. The Bi Monthly service also includes our outside powerspray to eliminate most of the insects that

bother you.

Quarterly Service

This service is not available for control of German Cockroaches or any of the other cockroaches we deal with in our area. It does work well

for many other general household insects. Extra services if needed are provided at an extra charge of $10.00 per trip, providing they are

not in the regularly scheduled service month, extra services in that month are provided at no additional charge.

Annual Pest Control Service

This service is not for Cockroach control. This is a very intensive service. The initial service could take as long as 3 to 5 hours to complete.

This service includes removing all switchplate covers and injecting a dust back inside them and replacing the plates. In some cases where

access many be needed some drilling may be needed, if this is happens we will notify first and show you what we plan to do so you will

know before we start. We will also remove all spider webs from the crawlspace (if you have a crawlspace) and then dust the crawl and use

a granule bait. We will powerspray the outside of the house with a microencapsulated formulation (time released) and caulk and seal any

and all openings inside and outside and in the crawl or basement. This service carries a 12 month guarantee with unlimited callbacks,

which are not usually needed.
